This one-hour energetic movement class includes a warmup, cool down, strength, and stretching. A two-part class to 1) increase muscular strength and endurance using resistance bands and body weight, and 2) dynamic and static stretch exercises to improve mobility, posture and balance.
Equipment needed: yoga mat, yoga strap, medium flat resistance band, 5-foot length, and medium 12 inch by 2-inch mini band loop
