If you are caring for a loved one with dementia or other memory challenges, please join us to learn ways to avoid compassion burnout and have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and concerns in a supportive environment.

You will learn:

  • Why self-care and self-compassion are so important
  • The many benefits of self-care and self-compassion to mind, body, and spirit
  • Free and low-cost ways to practice self-care
  • How to take a self-compassion break

The workshop will be conducted by Laura Kossoff of Blooming Life Possibilities, a life coach, professional organizer, career consultant, wellness writer, publisher and speaker. Laura has worked as a holistic health practitioner and feng shui consultant and is a Traditional Reiki Master/Teacher and certified hypnotherapist.
