October 31st: A Musical Tapestry: An Afternoon with InCanto Artists
InCanto Artists presents unique, diverse, and talented vocal artists in classical concerts around the New York area. Their mission is to share their talents with the various communities in New York and to attract new audiences to Opera, their classical song repertoire, zarzuela, and musical theater. Their singers come from diverse backgrounds but are united in one goal: to present beautiful music of the highest caliber to the community at large. The concert will span repertoire from Mozart to Puccini, as well as Hispanic, Neapolitan, and American composers and will feature sopranos Maria Ciccaglione and Cheryl Warfield, and mezzo-sopranos Leslie Middlebrook and Anna Tonna, with pianist Marijo Newman.\
Light refreshments will be served.
All performances take place on the 2nd Floor of Council House:
