You’ll use resistance bands or light weights (as you are able) to build strength, improve balance, and move more comfortably in your daily life. Exercises are easy to follow and designed to help you feel more confident and independent—no prior experience needed. Set to favorite hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, this upbeat class is as fun as it is beneficial. Come move at your own pace, connect with others, and leave feeling stronger and refreshed.
